Hours: 40 hours - Monday to Friday

We're looking for a Legal Counsel to provide high-quality legal support across a broad range of commercial matters, working closely with stakeholders to support business objectives and mitigate risk. This position sits alongside our Power & Grid division.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice across contracts, procurement and operational matters
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
- Support business stakeholders on legal risk and compliance requirements
- Assist with dispute management and liaise with external counsel where required
- Contribute to continuous improvement within legal processes and governance
What We're Looking For
- Qualified solicitor or equivalent with relevant post-qualification experience
- Experience in projects or construction law including NEC and the Power, Energy and Grid industry.
- Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to non-legal stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
