Meet the team
As the legal team, we support all areas of Fever by offering clear advice, risk management, and legal insight that allow teams to move quickly and stay focused on what matters. We ensure alignment with local laws and regulations to support safe and compliant growth wherever Fever operates.

Legal Counsel
You will support Fever’s operations worldwide, with an emphasis on product compliance and consumer matters, reporting directly to the Lead Counsel, this role requires proactivity, autonomy, and drive. You will be involved in day-to-day legal support, advising on commercial and operationally relevant matters to support the growth of the company. You will draft and support the negotiation of commercial agreements together with commercial teams, enabling exciting productions and partnerships, all within a fast-paced company undergoing an ambitious global expansion.

What You’ll Do
As a member of a diverse and experienced team, be responsible for providing legal support (aligned with company legal strategy) across all company business lines and products.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage complex legal reviews.
- Contribute to company knowledge and documents, including the preparation and revision of templates and legal guides.
- Draft and negotiate B2B and B2C commercial contracts, production contracts and terms and conditions.
- Prioritise your work based on company strategy and objectives.
- Work across reporting lines, to support multiple legal functions and legal vertical Leads.
- Contribute to the upskilling, support, and growth of other team members.
Who You Are
In order to be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a barred / practising lawyer with 3+ years of PQE working in a top tier law firm or large multinational.
- Have experience in top-notch companies or top-tier law-firms (experience working in tech, entertainment or media spaces are a strong plus).
- Speak fluent English and have working proficiency in at least one other language relevant to support multiple international markets.
- Have a keen eye for strategy and business, with an ability to translate complex legal issues into business outcomes and opportunities.
- Possess strong technical legal skills.
- Be an effective communicator who brings emotional intelligence to work.

This role is located in Fever’s HQ in Madrid, and although we can be flexible with the timing you will be expected to move there if you are currently living elsewhere.
