Legal Counsel - General Commercial Entertainment and E- commerce - Exciting Opportunity in the Entertainment Industry

About the Company A leading global events giant with a portfolio of iconic brands is seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of the live music industry, connecting artists and fans through concerts, festivals, ticketing, and e-commerce.

About the Role This is a broad and exciting role offering exposure to a wide range of commercial legal matters in the dynamic entertainment sector. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support across various UK businesses.

Key Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements relating to areas such as: Festival production, ticketing, and live events Artist partnerships and collaborations E-commerce, technology, and intellectual property Marketing, advertising, and media Property, software licensing, and IT services Advising on consumer law compliance and regulatory matters Developing and maintaining contract templates Monitoring relevant legislation and industry developments Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and external counsel

Skills and Experience: Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with excellent academic credentials 5 - 8 years PQE gained in a reputable law firm Strong commercial contracts experience, ideally with exposure to the entertainment, e-commerce, or technology sectors Solid understanding of contract law, commercial law, and intellectual property law Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritise effectively Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
