Core Responsibilities

Based in the London Store Support Centre and reporting to the Senior Director, Associate General Counsel, this is a 14 months contract and an exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic legal team supporting lululemon's operations across EMEA. You will be responsible for a broad range of commercial legal matters and will partner closely with teams across the business to help deliver strategic objectives while managing legal and compliance risk. Working in close collaboration with global and regional colleagues, you will be:

  • Managing the legal aspects of new store openings, relocations, refurbishments and other strategic real estate projects, working alongside both internal partners and external legal advisers.
  • Advising on the negotiation, drafting and implementation of a broad range of commercial contracts supporting our marketing, retail, digital and ecommerce channels. This will include sponsorships, collaborations, technology agreements, vendor contracts, promotional initiatives and other commercial arrangements.
  • Partnering closely with regional and global stakeholders across Brand, Marketing, Digital, Ecommerce, Retail Operations, Procurement and Technology to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice that enables business growth.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance regional contract templates, playbooks, processes and governance frameworks.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships across the business and with the global legal team, taking time to understand lululemon's strategy, operations and commercial priorities.
  • Proactively driving continuous improvement in regional ways of working, including identifying opportunities to leverage technology, simplify processes and enhance risk management.
  • Thinking laterally and delivering practical, innovative and solutions-oriented advice that balances legal risk with commercial objectives.
  • Managing the effective instruction and oversight of external counsel and other legal service providers.
  • Providing support to the Senior Legal Director and broader legal leadership team on strategic regional initiatives and special projects as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
