Why This Role?
In this position, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Pall’s legal strategy across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). Your work will drive commercial success, mitigate risk, and support growth—through direct impact and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Legal Support
- Lead the review, drafting, negotiation, and documentation of commercial contracts across all Pall Business Units (BUs) in EMEA
- General Terms & Conditions
- Procurement, Sales, Service Agreements
- SME (Standard Material Purchase), EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), Quality, and Lease Agreements
- Settlement and representation documents
- Drive negotiations to achieve commercial advantage while protecting legal risk
- Lead the review, drafting, negotiation, and documentation of commercial contracts across all Pall Business Units (BUs) in EMEA

Training & Stakeholder Engagement
- Deliver legal communications and training sessions for business units
- Manage process and policy changes to agreements and workflows
- Develop strong working relationships with local business leaders to alignment with strategic goals

Legal Advisory & Risk Management
- Provide commercial and legal advice to internal stakeholders on governance, risk, and compliance
- Develop practical, risk-balanced solutions to support business objectives
- Drive process improvements and internal controls to enhance efficiency

Legal Reviewer Enablement
- Train and support bukan Covid Legal Reviewers on their contract review responsibilities under the Contract Review Policy
- Ensure alignment with company-wide risk constraints in collaborative contract practices

Claims, Litigation, and Strategic Projects
- Support Senior Counsel, EMEA, in managing commercial claims, legal action, and potential disputes
- Engage in Global Legal & Compliance initiatives, including AI advancements and digital transformations
- Assess and advise on emerging technologies and business expansion opportunities

About You
The ideal candidate is qualified to practice law in the UK with a minimum of 5 years of relevant commercial contract experience—ideally gained within a large international company’s legal department or, equivalently, through exposure to complex соглашения.
You bring:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a track record of problem-solving in dynamic environments
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- A can-do mindset alongside a commitment to evidence-based decision making
- Proficient document review and drafting, along with negotiation expertise
- Appreciation for Disusion and modern compliance frameworks, including digitalisation tools and AI trends
- Ability to work across functional teams, influencing change through dialogue and consultative leadership
