Legal Counsel - Employment (Remote)
Employment Lawyer (Employment Litigation Solicitor) – Fully Remote
Join an established legal team supporting a well-known organisation in a fully remote in-house environment. This exciting opportunity is for an experienced employment lawyer with a strong focus on tribunal litigation.
About the Role
Ideal for a property Employment Lawyer | Employment Solicitor | Employment Litigation specialist with demonstrated expertise in employment tribunal claims and in-house legal support.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to provide recommendations, minimising potential tribunal claims
- Serve as the key point of escalation for all employment law enquiries, particularly in tribunal litigation
- Manage a busy caseload, representing employers in disputes
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with HR colleagues and key decision-makers

Requirements
- Proven excellent employment law experience, with expertise in tribunal litigation
- Full qualification (4 years PQE) and active membership of an Order of Lawyers (if applicable)
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to advise on high-volume employment caseloads

- Salary range: £60,000–£75,000 (DOE)
