Responsibilities

The legal team is growing together with our company and is committed to providing top-end in-house legal services to our internal clients. We are looking for a competent candidate to join us to work closely with internal stakeholders to provide daily legal support and pragmatic advice on enterprise product offerings and services in the EU region.

This position provides candidates with a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge issues in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Candidates must be highly collaborative, self-motivated, adept at strategic thinking, and intellectually curious.

  • Serve as the legal partner for enterprise business units in the EU/UK region, delivering end-to-end legal support throughout the business lifecycle, from new product launches and large-scale client/partner engagements to revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Translate complex legal requirements into actionable business recommendations, enabling the business to pursue growth opportunities while upholding legal and regulatory standards.
  • Leverage deep expertise in enterprise business operations (e.g., B2B/AI2B services, large-scale commercial transactions, enterprise product ecosystems) to provide specialized legal advice. Demonstrate strong proficiency in product law, commercial contract law, and industry-specific regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

  • Minimum of 5+ years specializing in enterprise business legal support (e.g., B2B commercial transactions, enterprise product legal counsel)
  • Strong command of commercial contract law, product law, and enterprise business-related regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to apply this expertise to resolve complex legal issues in enterprise business scenarios

Preferred Qualification(s):

  • In-house experience in an international organization
  • Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on many different projects at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of problem solving and proactive work ethic
  • Determination to face tough challenges in a fast-paced environment while keeping a sense of humor
