I'm working with a fast-growing international consumer and digital business that is looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to join its UK & Ireland legal team during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer looking to take the next step in-house, working at the heart of a dynamic business where legal is a valued strategic partner.
The Opportunity
As Legal Counsel, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, advising on a broad range of commercial matters while supporting key strategic initiatives and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements with retail, FMCG and e-commerce partners.
- Advising on commercial, consumer, digital and operational legal matters.
- Supporting the integration of acquisitions and ongoing business transformation.
- Developing contract templates and scalable legal processes.
- Advising on GDPR, consumer law and wider regulatory obligations.
- Partnering with stakeholders to deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE.
- Strong commercial contracts experience with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience gained in private practice and/or in-house.
- Background in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, telecommunications or another fast-paced commercial sector is highly desirable.
- A proactive, commercial approach and the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
