Remote | 3-4 Days per Week | Flexible Hours

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel (circa 4-10 PQE) to join a private Family Office in a varied and commercially focused role.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking for genuine flexibility, with part-time hours that can be structured around the successful candidate. The role is fully remote and offers exposure to a broad range of high-value legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Advising on corporate transactions, investments, acquisitions and disposals.
  • Supporting property, financing and other transactional matters.
  • Managing external legal advisers where required.
  • Providing pragmatic legal advice across business, investment and operational activities.
  • Identifying legal risk and delivering commercially focused solutions.

About You

  • Qualified solicitor with approximately 4-10 years' PQE.
  • Background in a transactional practice area, such as Corporate, Commercial, Banking & Finance, Real Estate or another relevant discipline.
  • Commercially minded, proactive and confident managing matters independently.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
