Legal Counsel - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

A leading global consulting firm is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its London-based legal team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a focus on supporting its German (and wider DACH) business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including; NDAs, Engagement letters, Master Service Agreements and Non-reliance letters
  • Review client deliverables and reports across global engagements
  • Act as a key point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external counsel
  • Support compliance and risk management initiatives
  • Advise on employment, HR, and recruitment-related matters
  • Manage litigation and general legal issues
  • Coordinate internal approvals and help resolve complex legal queries

The successful candidate will be a German-qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE. You will have a proven experience in commercial contracts drafting and negotiation combined with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with sound commercial judgment.
