Legal Counsel
Department: Legal
Location: Uxbridge
We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to provide practical, commercial legal support across a broad range of business activities, helping to manage risk while supporting growth and strategic initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to develop their in-house career within a fast‑paced, international business.
What You’ll Do
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial and procurement contracts
- Support M&A transactions, corporate projects and company secretarial activities
- Advise on a range of legal and regulatory matters, including disputes and compliance issues
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide pragmatic legal guidance
- Identify legal risks and develop practical solutions to support business objectives
- Support wider legal projects and initiatives as required

What You’ll Bring
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister (UK)
- Newly Qualified to 2 years PQE
- Experience gained in a leading law firm or fast‑paced in‑house environment
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across commercial agreements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded, proactive and able to work independently
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland

Desirable
- In‑house legal experience
- FMCG, food or manufacturing sector experience
