Legal Counsel – Private Equity (London)

This is a standout opportunity to work closely with an experienced General Counsel in a lean, high-performing environment, offering immediate responsibility and visibility.
Role Overview
The Legal Counsel will sit at the heart of the investment process, with a strong focus on M&A, advising on:

Ideal Candidate Profile
The platform seeks a lawyer from a leading Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or top US firm, with:

- Strong private equity experience, preferably gained through M&A, private funds, or a combination of both.
- In-house or secondment experience would be advantageous but not essential.
The candidate must combine:
- Strong technical legal ability
- Commercial acumen
- Motivation to excel in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment with genuine autonomy and impact.
