Legal Counsel
Commercial Legal Counsel – Consumer Products Company
A well-known consumer products company is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel for a fixed-term contract (12-month FTC), starting in August. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be based in the Central London office three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to:
- Sales agreements
- Marketing agreements
- Distribution agreements
Additionally, you will be expected to provide legal advice to senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience & Expertise
- Qualified commercial lawyer with advocat anglais (PQE) of 2-4+ years, though this is indicative and flexible
- Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience required
- Familiarity with legal issues related to sales, marketing, and distribution, preferably within the EMEA region
- Ability to work autonomously, manage your own caseload, and thrive as a self-starter
