Company Description
VOSKER is a fast-growing, international technology company specializing in remote surveillance solutions. Our solar-powered, cellular-connected cameras help businesses monitor and secure the world’s most demanding environments.
We are seeking a legal counsel to support the company’s first phase of expansion into Europe. This contributor will work closely with Canadian legal leadership while serving as a key legal partner for emerging European operations.
As one of the first legal resources focused on Europe, you will play a hands‑on role in supporting market entry, early‑stage growth, and day‑to‑day commercial activities across multiple European jurisdictions. This is a unique opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys building foundations, working cross‑border, and helping shape legal processes as the company establishes and scales its European presence.
You will support the business on daytoday legal issues while developing your expertise across multiple European jurisdictions.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support to European business teams on commercial and operational matters; Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements (e.g., customer, supplier, partnerships); Support compliance with European regulatory frameworks (e.g., consumer law, data protection, productspecific regulations); Assist with corporate and governance matters for European entities; Contribute to the development of internal policies, templates, and legal processes; and Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the company’s European operations.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
Qualified lawyer in at least one European jurisdiction (preference for UK or France) ; Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a mix of law firm and/or inhouse exposure ; Solid grounding in commercial law ; Experience working on crossborder or multijurisdictional matters is a strong advantage ; Familiarity with EU law and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR) preferred ; Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus (strong preference for French) ;
