An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Legal Counsel to join the in-house legal team of a leading UK sports organisation.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you'll join a lean legal team of two, advising on a broad range of commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, media rights, licensing, technology, sponsorship, and general commercial agreements. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll provide pragmatic legal advice in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About you:

  • Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE gained in private practice or in-house.
  • Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Sports sector experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Commercially minded, able to work autonomously, and confident building relationships across the business.
