Established Real Estate Company Seeks Junior-Mid Level Lawyer

Our client is an established real estate company and a major presence across the UK and Europe in the multi-let industrial (MLI) arena– a growing sector of the market. They invest in a diversified portfolio of UK MLI with a market-leading tech platform to support the ongoing digitization of the real estate sector.

We are now carrying out a search to find a junior-mid level lawyer with a real estate/construction/development skill-set to join their office in Stockport, South Manchester and who will report to the Head of Legal, who is based out of the same office.

The successful candidate will shepherd the business as it continues to grow and carry out a broad legal role working closely with the other teams based in Birmingham and London.

More specifically, the role will involve:

  • Drafting and negotiating specific contracts within the asset management and property management arms of the business, as well as for the development and construction team;
  • Taking responsibility for the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, which may relate to asset sales, marketing, and technology matters as well as the general running of the business, for example supplier contracts, IT and SaaS agreements, professional services agreements, etc.;
  • Streamlining internal legal processes and assisting with the automation of contracts and legal processes;
  • Assisting with any special transactional activity – including acquisitions, refinancings, and/or restructurings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
