Legal Counsel
London
A growing investment manager is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its London legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a 2–4 years PQE corporate lawyer looking to move in-house into a broad, commercially focused role.
Working closely with senior lawyers and stakeholders across the business, you'll advise on a range of legal matters, including:

The role offers excellent exposure to the investment side of the business and the opportunity to take on responsibility from an early stage.
The successful candidate will have:
- England & Wales qualification
- Around 2–4 years' PQE
- Corporate or commercial law experience gained in private practice or financial services
- Strong technical skills and a commercial approach
