Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Legal Counsellor at MCH International LLC. The Legal Counsellor will provide practical legal advice on a variety of matters, including contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Reviewing and drafting legal documents
- Identifying and assessing legal risks
- Advising internal stakeholders on appropriate courses of action
- Researching applicable laws and regulations
- Supporting labor and employment-related matters
- Helping develop policies and procedures that align with legal requirements

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining clear documentation, and ensuring that legal considerations are integrated into business decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes and regulations.
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and formal agreements.
- Ability to analyze complex Legal Issues and provide clear, practical recommendations.
- Proven capability to deliver sound Legal Advice to internal stakeholders in a business setting.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and its application to workplace policies and practices.
- Relevant law degree and authorization to practice, or equivalent legal qualification, depending on jurisdiction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple matters, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in corporate or commercial law, compliance, or advisory roles is beneficial.
- High ethical standards, sound judgment, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive practices.
