Financial Services Regulatory Legal Director

Partnership Opportunity | £110,000 + Fixed Partner Scheme + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Location: London, Birmingham, Manchester or Bristol (Hybrid)

Looking for the right platform to build your practice and accelerate your journey to Partnership? We are exclusively partnering with a highly regarded national UK law firm that is making a significant investment in the continued growth of its Financial Services Regulatory practice.

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Legal Director (or exceptional Senior Associate ready to step up) to join a growing team with genuine Partnership potential.

The firm is seeking an inquisitive, commercially minded lawyer with a strong reputation in Financial Services Regulation, ideally advising banks, investment firms, payment institutions, asset managers and other FCA-regulated businesses. This role will suit someone looking for greater autonomy, the opportunity to build their own practice and the support of an established national platform.

The Opportunity

Working alongside an experienced Financial Services Regulatory Partner, you will play a key role in the continued expansion of the practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
