Health & Social Care Legal Director
£110,000 + Profit Share | Pathway to Partnership
Location: Birmingham, Manchester or Bristol (Hybrid)

We are exclusively partnering with a highly regarded national UK law firm that is investing significantly in the continued growth of its Health & Social Care practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate or Legal Director looking to join a collaborative, nationally recognised team where you'll have the platform, autonomy, and support to build your own practice and accelerate your progression towards Partnership.

The firm advises a diverse client base across the health and care sector, including NHS organisations, independent healthcare providers, care home operators, charities, local authorities, and other regulated organisations.

You'll work closely with clients on complex, high-profile issues while helping to strengthen client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

About You

We're keen to speak with lawyers who have:

  • Strong Health & Social Care experience gained within a recognised law firm.
  • Excellent technical ability and commercial judgement.
  • Experience advising healthcare providers, NHS bodies, local authorities, or regulated organisations.
  • Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
  • The ambition to help build and grow a successful national practice.
