Ambitive Family Law Legal Director
We are looking for an ambitious family law Legal Director to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning team and continue your family law career, alongside industry-leading family law specialists.
The Role
You will:
- Work on a diverse and stimulating caseload across all aspects of family law
- Support marketing, networking, and business development initiatives
- Act as a firm ambassador, promoting Rayden Solicitors internally and externally at events
- Collaborate with Partners and peers to strengthen the Partnership and drive constructive change within the firm
- Supervise and develop both fee earners and support staff
- Contribute to training, mentoring, and operational improvements
Requirements
You must have:
- Trained and practiced in leading family law departments
- Experience in key areas, including:
- Divorce proceedings
- Financial settlements and disputes
- Emergency injunctions
- Private Children Act applications
- Pre-nuptial agreements (prenups)
- Cohabitation work (including Schedule 1 applications)
- Strong written and spoken communication — both persuasive and concise
- Leadership and team management skills with a track record of success
- Proven ability in business development and networking
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- A proactive, collaborative, and coaching-driven leadership style
