Legal EA Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted liaison for the Partners, handling high-level internal and external communications
  • Organise complex diary, travel (national and international) and meeting arrangements
  • Prepare documents to support fee earners which may include transcribing from dictation, drafts or notes
  • Assist with practice development initiatives within the department
  • Assist with business development research, pitches and presentations
  • Liaise with the Accounting and Finance department where required for bills / time entry etc.

Legal EA Skills & Requirements:

  • 3 years+ previous Legal EA / PA / Secretarial support within a law firm
  • Law firm secretarial experience at Partner level in a busy role where you have undertaken billing
  • Advanced MS Office skillset (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
