We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Executive to join us in this core role within the Sales Team. This role sits within our Yorkshire East region, based from our regional Head Office in Doncaster.

Purpose of the Role
To effectively administer and co-ordinate all aspects of the legal process of house sales ensuring the delivery of key targets.
Duties of the Role
- Check information is correct on reservation forms, plot schedules, customer profiles and chain progression sheets
- Monitor the progress of all reservations through to legal completion
- Check all details on contracts when received from Solicitors
- Support Sales Director with coordination of weekly and monthly plot completion requirements

Experience
Experience within a similar role in the Housebuilding/construction industries specifically would be beneficial.
