We are delighted to be working with our exciting, international law firm client in their search for an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Supporting senior Directors, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and professional team, providing high-level executive support within a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties Include:
- Diary and inbox management for senior Directors
- Preparing board meeting packs, agendas and supporting documentation
- Coordinating meetings and managing busy schedules
- Booking UK and international travel arrangements
- Preparing correspondence, presentations and documentation
- Providing executive and administrative support to senior stakeholders
- Assisting with a variety of ad-hoc duties as required

The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience working as a Legal Executive Assistant or Legal PA within a law firm (essential)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, professional and flexible approach
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
