Legal Executive Assistant – Finance Practice
A leading international law firm, renowned for its reputation in advising on high-profile and complex matters for a prestigious global client base, requires a Senior Legal Assistant/Executive Assistant to join their finance practice.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-performing yet friendly team, working alongside experienced professionals while gaining exposure to cutting-edge, market-leading work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative support to fee-earners, managing:
- Diary and inbox coordination
- Gatekeeping and meeting organisation
- Prepare, format, amend, and proofread legal documentation, presentations, and correspondence
- Oversee billing, expenses and time recording, as well as new client and matter administration
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries
- Maintain client records, contacts, and business development data in the firm’s CRM system
- Support document management, including filing, printing, scanning, and other administrative tasks
- Foster strong client and colleague relationships, delivering outstanding service levels
- Assist with team projects and provide additional wider support as needed

About You
- Former legal PA/Executive Assistant experience in a Law Firm highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to strict deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Flexibility to accommodate changing business demands as required
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 4 days in-office each week
