Job Title: Legal Specialist
Job Type: Contractor

Job Summary
Join our customer's team as an expert Legal Specialist, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping robust legal solutions. You will collaborate closely with domain experts and product teams to review, negotiate, and analyze contracts, ensuring legal compliance and risk management in a dynamic, application-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize business outcomes while managing risk.
- Analyze cases and perform in-depth legal research to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting internal and external counsel.
- Assess regulatory compliance and assist with due diligence for corporate matters, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Design system prompts and rubrics for legal applications, engaging in multi-turn conversations with agents to ensure task accuracy and coherence.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professional ethics in all legal processes and communications.
- Collaborate across teams to build and enhance legal tools or applications, leveraging your industry expertise.

Required Skills And Qualifications
- Proven expertise in legal principles, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong contract review and negotiation abilities across a variety of legal domains.
- Demonstrated experience in case analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence.
- Hands-on experience in litigation support and dispute resolution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and clarity.
- Deep commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and integrity in all legal matters.
- Track record of building or contributing to legal applications, tools, or systems.
