Job Title: Legal Finance Manager
Salary: £120,000
Location: Central London
Our client, a highly respected law firm, is seeking a skilled and commercially minded finance manager to lead their financial operations. It is essential that you can demonstrate an extensive background as a finance manager / accountant in other law firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with solicitors’ accounts rules.
- Oversee client accounting and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flows.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the cashiering team.
- Coordinate annual audits and tax filing preparations.
- Optimise financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to firm partners.

This is a hands-on role dealing with day-to-day accounting duties as well as playing a key part in driving improvements to the operational efficiency, technology and processes used by the finance department.
