About the Organization

We are a profitable, fast-growing global entrepreneurial enterprise headquartered in North America, with operations in Europe and Asia. Our proprietary platform provides products and solutions to major enterprise-level customers and is currently expanding into the SME and retail markets.

Position Overview

The Legal Intern will support our global team by assisting with commercial and regulatory legal matters across multiple jurisdictions. The intern will work directly with senior counsel. This role offers hands-on exposure to a variety of commercial contracts, compliance operations, and governance frameworks in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, NDAs, revenue-sharing arrangements, service provider contracts, operational MOUs, and other partner-facing documentation.
  • Maintain contract repositories, version-control systems, and intake processes to track obligations, renewal cycles, termination rights, payment structures, and compliance approvals.
  • Conduct structured legal and regulatory research covering UK and international commercial and company law, employment law, data protection (UK GDPR and global privacy rules), and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
  • Produce clear research notes and summaries that help internal teams understand and apply legal requirements.
  • Support legal intake and triage by logging requests, assessing priorities, coordinating feedback cycles, and ensuring alignment between internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist in preparing for negotiations by identifying key terms, deviations from internal standards, and operational risks.
  • Support compliance initiatives, including policy updates, vendor due diligence, KYC/AML-aligned partner checks, DPIA preparation, risk assessments, and data governance documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
