You will be responsible for streamlining and running our legal administration, allowing our organisation to grow.

The role reports to a Senior Associate, Legal & Compliance, and includes opportunities to grow in scope and responsibility over time and with performance.

⚡️ Responsibilities:

  • Organize legal documents, including deliverables, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of legal filings.
  • Assist in managing time tracking for all billing lawyers and paralegals.
  • Optimize the department’s billable time and act as a project manager when needed.
  • The ability to proofread or edit documents in French is a plus.

⚡️ Job Requirements:

  • Work experience in a law firm or similar institution.
  • Project management or legal operations experience is a strong plus.
  • Formal legal administration, legal operations, or paralegal certification.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Asana, and Notion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

While detailed knowledge of Web3 is not necessary, familiarity with technical subjects, finance, software, and the intersection of digital and physical law is beneficial.
