About Konexo and Eversheds Sutherland

Konexo, developed by Eversheds Sutherland, delivers consulting and alternative legal and compliance solutions to support in-house teams globally. Legal resourcing is a well-established offering, providing access to a diverse bench of highly skilled consultants. Whether clients need experienced lawyers to advise on complex legal, regulatory or market developments, or more junior teams to support high-volume work, Konexo offers the flexibility to scale resource quickly and effectively.

Legal Operations Professional

Konexo Legal Resourcing is seeking interim Legal Operations Professionals to lead and deliver end-to-end legal transformation initiatives for in-house clients, including some of the largest FTSE100 companies. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of strong Legal Operations experience within a large, complex organisation.

Role Focus

  • Lead and deliver legal transformation initiatives end-to-end.
  • Drive process improvement, analysis, mapping, and implementation across legal operations.
  • Collaborate closely with legal teams, TTO (Third-Party Outsourcing), and business stakeholders to translate strategy into practical delivery.
  • Apply Lean and Agile approaches to streamline processes and enhance outcomes.
  • A track record of delivering legal transformation projects, not merely coordinating them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
