About the Role
The Legal Operations Transformation Manager supports the delivery of operational initiatives across the team. You’ll help track and coordinate projects, bring structure to day-to-day activity, and ensure work remains aligned to team priorities. The role also provides oversight and reporting, helping stakeholders understand progress and make informed decisions. Your work will contribute to delivering projects that create clear, measurable value.
In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:
- Track the progress of projects, keeping plans, action logs, and risk or issue registers up to date
- Coordinate tasks and follow up with project owners to help keep work moving
- Support cross-team transformation initiatives by scheduling meetings, sharing information, and enabling effective collaboration
- Prepare clear updates and simple dashboards to show project status and progress
- Monitor key project metrics and flag any risks, delays, or issues
- Support the development of project materials and documents, ensuring they are accurate and consistent
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and make delivery more efficient
- Build an understanding of Legal Operations and Project Management service lines to support the team more broadly
- Provide additional support across projects and initiatives where needed

About you
We will invest in your ongoing training and development to support your professional goals and help you to thrive in your role from day one. Our opportunities are open to all suitably qualified applicants, so to be considered for this role, you must meet the following skills and experience:
- Experience managing or supporting multiple projects at the same time
- Confidence working with stakeholders and communicating clearly across teams
- The ability to analyse information and present it in a straightforward way
- A proactive approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across different functions and levels
- Experience of project management approaches or tools (such as Agile, PRINCE2, MS Project, JIRA, or similar)
- Strong data handling and reporting skills, including tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or BI platforms
- An understanding of Legal Project Management or Legal Operations in a law firm
- Experience supporting transformation or change initiatives
