Legal PA

Legal PA / Office Executive — Internationally Based Lawyer (London Based role)

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 DOE

Location: City of London (hybrid, aligned to Partner diary)

Do you love being one step ahead — anticipating what's needed before it's asked, rather than waiting for the dreaded moment it lands on your desk?

The Role

A leading international law firm is looking for a dynamic, senior-level Legal PA to join its London Corporate team, supporting a Partner who sits on the firm's Board and is primarily based in internationally. You'll also provide support to two further Corporate Partners based in London (ratio approx. 3:1), plus a wider practice management remit for one of the firm's international offices.

This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on anticipation, not reaction — confident managing a demanding workload, comfortable with direct client contact, and genuinely energized by a varied, international remit rather than a purely diary-and-inbox brief.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
