Legal PA – Disputes (12 Month FTC)
Are you ready to bring your organisational skills and client-focused mindset to a dynamic and collaborative environment? We're looking for an experienced PA to support our talented team of Disputes Partners and fee earners.
What You'll Do: Work closely with Finance teams to manage billing, reports, and working capital. Partner with Business Development to organise events, update CVs, and assist with bids and tenders. Support Client Relationship Partners with client meetings, events, and reports. Manage matter processes, from engagement letters to compliance checks. Handle comprehensive diary management and complex travel arrangements. Ensure meeting requirements are met, including preparation of itineraries and resources. Leverage The Cube for administrative tasks and delegate document production effectively.

Who We're Looking For: A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. At least three years' experience in a comparable, fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a team player with the ability to work independently. Committed to exceeding expectations and delivering excellence.
