Legal PA & Office Executive (London) - £55,000-£62,000 + Hybrid (50% office)

Permanent | London | Corporate & International Support

We’re partnering with a leading international law firm to hire a Legal PA & Office Executive to support a senior Partner and provide coordination for their Tel Aviv office. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role suited to an experienced PA who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across multiple time zones.

You’ll be based in London with hybrid working (50% office) and will play a key role in ensuring seamless operational, administrative, and client support at senior level.

The Role

This position offers variety, autonomy, and exposure to senior stakeholders. You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate international travel, handle confidential correspondence, and act as a trusted gatekeeper. You’ll also support practice management activities for the Tel Aviv office, so strong communication skills and cultural awareness are essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
