Legal PA – (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: London

Salary: Up to £49,500

Working Model: Hybrid Working (3 Days in the Office)


An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join the Private Equity team of a leading international law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Supporting a busy team of fee earners, you'll provide proactive, high-quality administrative and organizational support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
  • Document production and matter administration
  • Billing, expenses, and file management

  • Providing seamless support to a busy Private Equity team

Requirements

  • Must have previous Legal PA experience within a law firm
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
