Legal PA | International Arbitration | US Law Firm | Liverpool Street | Up to £65,000
We're delighted to be partnering with a prestigious US law firm in the heart of the City, who are seeking an experienced Legal PA to join their highly regarded International Arbitration team in London.
This is a newly created position due to continued growth within the practice, offering an exciting opportunity to support a market-leading group of lawyers handling complex, high-profile international arbitration and cross-border dispute matters.
The firm is renowned for its collaborative culture, exceptional quality of work and investment in its people. They are looking for a proactive, highly organised Legal PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background supporting busy Arbitration and Disputes teams.
This isn't your typical PA role – it's an opportunity to become an integral part of a growing practice at a leading global law firm, where your contribution will have a genuine impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary management and coordinating complex meetings
- Arranging UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Preparing, formatting and amending arbitration, litigation and dispute resolution documents, including court bundles
- Matter management
- Client liaison and acting as point of contact
- Assisting with billing and operational support
- Supporting business development initiatives, client events and ad-hoc projects as required
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Legal PA within a City law firm
- Previous experience supporting an International Arbitration, Litigation or Disputes team is essential
- Strong understanding of the demands and pace of complex disputes and arbitration work
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and professionalism
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach with a genuine team-player mentality
