Legal PA
Legal PA - £38-40k
Our client is a well-regarded Law firm close to London Bridge station. They are looking for a Legal PA to become an integral part of their busy, professional legal environment.
About the Role
Reporting to the PA Manager, you will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to Partners and fee earners, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of client matters and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, editing and amending legal documents using Partner for Windows and NetDocuments
- Managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and itineraries
- Preparing and sending documents via DocuSign
- Supporting the billing process and processing expenses
- Assisting with marketing events and business development activities
- Managing file administration, archiving and safe custody processes
- Handling incoming calls and liaising with clients and colleagues
- Supporting compliance procedures, including conflict checks and file opening
- Maintaining data sites and electronic document systems
- Providing cover for colleagues and assisting with switchboard rota requirements

About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- 2 years plus experience in a Legal PA or Legal Secretary role essential.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with Partner for Windows, NetDocuments or other case management systems
- Knowledge of Land Registry and TM Group online systems
