Legal PA

Legal PA - £38-40k

Our client is a well-regarded Law firm close to London Bridge station. They are looking for a Legal PA to become an integral part of their busy, professional legal environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the PA Manager, you will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to Partners and fee earners, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of client matters and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing, editing and amending legal documents using Partner for Windows and NetDocuments
  • Managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Preparing and sending documents via DocuSign
  • Supporting the billing process and processing expenses
  • Assisting with marketing events and business development activities
  • Managing file administration, archiving and safe custody processes
  • Handling incoming calls and liaising with clients and colleagues
  • Supporting compliance procedures, including conflict checks and file opening
  • Maintaining data sites and electronic document systems
  • Providing cover for colleagues and assisting with switchboard rota requirements

About You

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • 2 years plus experience in a Legal PA or Legal Secretary role essential.

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience with Partner for Windows, NetDocuments or other case management systems
  • Knowledge of Land Registry and TM Group online systems
