PA to Real Estate Partners – Real Estate Deals Team

We’re looking for an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to support our talented team of Real Estate Partners and fee-earners at a vibrant and collaborative firm.

About This Role

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with Finance teams to manage billing, reports, and working capital
  • Partner with Business Development to:
    • Organise events
    • Update CVs
    • Assist with bids and tenders
  • Support Client Relationship Partners by:
    • Preparing for client meetings
    • Organising events and client reports
  • Manage matter processes, from engagement letters to compliance checks
  • Handle detailed diary management and complex travel arrangements
  • Ensure meeting requirements are met by preparing:
    • Itineraries
    • Required documentation and resources
  • Leverage The Cube for administrative tasks and delegate effective document production

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a professional who can bring:

  • Confident communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office with a track record of exceptional client service
  • At least three years’ experience in a comparable, fast-paced environment
  • Anticipatory thinking, strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail orientation, adaptability, and a willingness to work independently while collaborating effectively
  • A commitment to exceeding expectations and delivering excellent service
