Legal PA to Managing Partner

Top US Law Firm | Hybrid Working (4 Days Office / 1 Day WFH) | Up to £65,000 + Excellent Benefits + Bonus

Are you an exceptional Legal PA looking for the opportunity to support a high-profile Managing Partner within one of the world's leading US law firms?

We are seeking a polished, proactive and highly organised Legal PA to provide first-class executive support to the Managing Partner of a prestigious international law firm. This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced legal support professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and enjoys working at the very heart of a successful partnership.

The Role

As the trusted right hand to the Managing Partner, you will provide seamless, high-level support, ensuring their practice and business commitments run efficiently. You will act as a key point of contact, managing complex priorities with discretion, professionalism and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive diary and inbox management across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinating complex international travel, itineraries and logistics.
  • Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents and correspondence.
  • Organising meetings, board papers, presentations and briefing materials.
  • Managing expenses and billing processes.
  • Liaising with clients, partners and senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Monitoring deadlines and prioritising competing demands.
  • Providing confidential administrative support on sensitive matters.
  • Supporting wider business development and client relationship activities where required.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Legal PA or Executive Assistant within a leading law firm.
  • Experience supporting senior partners or C-suite executives is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with legal systems.
  • Highly professional, discreet and client-focused.
  • Flexible, proactive and committed to delivering an exceptional level of support.
