Legal PA | US Law Firm | Liverpool Street | Up to £62,000
We're delighted to be working with a prestigious US law firm in the heart of the City, who are looking to add an experienced Legal PA to its London office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded firm known for its collaborative culture, high-quality work and supportive environment. The successful candidate will provide proactive support to fee earners, with team allocations currently being finalised across either the Corporate or Litigation practice groups. Whilst open to practice area, experience within Litigation/Arbitration is highly desirable!

Key Responsibilities
- Managing busy schedules and coordinating meetings, arranges UK and international travel
- Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, delivering a high standard of service
- Assisting with matter administration, document management, and workflow processes
- Supporting wider team initiatives, including BD activities, events, and ad-hoc projects

Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary, or Legal Practice Assistant within a City law firm
- Strong organsational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, professional and client-focused approach
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive and adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
