Legal PA | US Law Firm | Liverpool Street | Up to £62,000

We're delighted to be working with a prestigious US law firm in the heart of the City, who are looking to add an experienced Legal PA to its London office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded firm known for its collaborative culture, high-quality work and supportive environment. The successful candidate will provide proactive support to fee earners, with team allocations currently being finalised across either the Corporate or Litigation practice groups. Whilst open to practice area, experience within Litigation/Arbitration is highly desirable!

This isn’t your typical PA role – this is a real opportunity to join a notable, growing firm, and they are looking for ambitious and career-driven candidates that are wanting to come in and really make an impact!!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing busy schedules, coordinating meetings and arranging UK and international travel
  • Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents, reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, delivering a high standard of service
  • Assisting with matter administration, document management and workflow processes
  • Supporting wider team initiatives, including BD activities, events and ad-hoc projects

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary or Legal Practice Assistant within a City law firm
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proactive and adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
