Who We Are Looking For We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, and partnering with a range of stakeholders to get things done efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll bring around 3-4+ years of experience in either an in-house legal team or a law firm, with a strong track record of supporting and negotiating commercial agreements - ideally within regulated or operationally complex environments. You’re highly organised, confident in handling multiple priorities, and comfortable working across different time zones. You have strong communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Who You Will Work With You’ll be part of Crisis24’s Legal Department, working closely with Legal Counsel as well as cross-functional teams including Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and senior leadership. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll also engage with colleagues and stakeholders across the UK, Europe, the US, and Singapore - giving you exposure to a truly global business. What You Will Work On In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full contract lifecycle - from initial intake through to execution, renewal, and closeout, supporting a wide range of commercial agreements across our security, risk management, and medical services businesses. Your work will include: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, supplier/vendor contracts, SaaS and licensing agreements, and data protection terms Translating operational requirements into clear and effective contract language, including scope, deliverables, SLAs, KPIs, pricing, and change controls Identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks, including liability, indemnities, insurance, and compliance obligations Supporting corporate governance activities and contributing to the continuous improvement of contract processes Developing and maintaining templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks to drive consistency and efficiency Assisting with employment law matters, disputes, and litigation support, including pre-litigation and administrative coordination Supporting a variety of legal projects and initiatives as the business evolves What You Will Bring 3-4+ years’ experience supporting an in-house legal team or working within a law firm Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts end-to-end The ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities effectively A problem-solving mindset with sound judgment and a proactive approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Close attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confidence working with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, DocuSign, and document/matter management systems Flexibility to collaborate across UK, US, and APAC time zones
