About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a highly regarded professional services organisation to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support a team of senior professionals in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team. You'll be trusted to manage competing priorities, build strong relationships across the business, and provide exceptional administrative and organisational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive executive support to a number of senior stakeholders.
  • Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and organise domestic and international travel.
  • Prepare meeting packs, agendas, presentations and take minutes where required.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, clients and external contacts.
  • Assist with business development activities, including events, marketing initiatives and maintaining professional networking platforms.
  • Support the preparation of client communications, presentations, reports and other documentation.
  • Coordinate client onboarding processes and maintain accurate records across internal systems.
  • Assist with billing administration, expense processing and financial reporting.
  • Monitor workflows, prioritise tasks effectively and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Work closely with shared service teams to coordinate document production and administrative support.
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism and client service at all times.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a busy professional environment. You'll be confident managing multiple priorities while building positive working relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative experience within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.
  • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Strong IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across the wider team.
