Legal PA | London | Hybrid | £45,000–£55,000
The legal world never really stops—and neither does a great Legal PA.
If you're the person who keeps diaries running like clockwork, spots conflicts before anyone else, and somehow manages to stay calm when priorities change at the last minute, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
We're working with a highly regarded London law firm that's searching for a proactive Legal PA to become an essential part of a collaborative, high-performing team. This isn't a role where you'll simply manage calendars and type documents—you're the person who keeps everything moving, anticipates what's needed next, and enables fee earners to perform at their best.
The Role
No two days are the same. You'll be trusted to manage competing priorities, build strong relationships, and ensure every detail is taken care of.
Your day could include:
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries
- Coordinating meetings, travel and client events
- Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents
- Handling confidential correspondence and client communications
- Organising billing, expenses and administrative processes
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, building lasting professional relationships
- Supporting multiple fee earners with exceptional organisation and attention to detail

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
