Owen Reed is looking for an experienced Senior Legal PA to support the firm's highly regarded Art Law team at a top law firm in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious and collaborative practice, providing first-class support to Partners and senior fee earners while working on high-profile and fascinating matters. The Role

As a Senior Legal PA, you will provide seamless administrative and operational support to Partners and senior fee earners, helping to manage complex legal matters from inception through to completion. Working closely with Legal Operations and business support teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive support to Partners and senior fee earners.
  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, and international travel arrangements.
  • Support client onboarding, matter management, and compliance processes.
  • Coordinate billing, WIP management, and financial administration.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business development materials.
  • Organise client meetings, events, and hospitality.
  • Liaise with Legal Operations, Finance, Document Production, and Business Support teams.
  • Maintain accurate client records, filing systems, and matter documentation.
  • Assist with document preparation, correspondence, and general administrative support.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in line with firm policies and procedures.

About You

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional support. You will have:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Legal PA, Legal PA, or Legal Secretary within a law firm.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of legal matter management and billing processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence using legal systems.
  • Outstanding communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional, proactive, and client-focused approach.
  • The ability to work collaboratively while using your own initiative.
