A leading London-based full-service law firm is seeking a Legal Practice Manager to join its Central Management team on a permanent, hybrid basis.

This Legal Practice Manager role is a pivotal position supporting multiple Heads of Department across both operational and strategic priorities, with a strong emphasis on financial discipline, performance reporting, and commercial insight. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, and leadership teams to drive budgeting, KPI tracking, and informed decision-making, ensuring departments remain aligned with wider business objectives.

The role also involves supporting pricing and profitability discussions, resource and workforce planning, and departmental business planning. In addition, the Legal Practice Manager will contribute to operational improvements, streamline processes, and assist with recruitment coordination and performance-related initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial literacy, excellent organisational skills, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders. Prior experience within a law firm is essential, alongside a proactive and commercially focused approach.
