Our client is a top-ranked legal firm within the Top 500, based on the East London/Essex border, actively seeking a Legal Practice Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth administrative management.
- Manage HR functions, including:
- Staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure strict compliance with:
- SRA regulations
- Lexcel standards
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies
- GDPR requirements
- Collaborate with accounts teams, managing:
- Office budgets
- Cost control
- Financial oversight
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and operational support to:
- Fee earners
- Support staff
- Coordinate IT systems and liaise with third-party providers.
- Assist partners in strategic planning and business development.
- Manage insurance renewals, premises, and office supplies.

Requirements
- Proven track record as a Legal Practice Manager within a law firm.
- Deep knowledge of:
- SRA compliance
- Financial management
- HR processes
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across two office locations.
- A proactive and analytically driven mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
