About the Company

A leading UK law firm with a strong reputation across corporate, commercial, and dispute resolution work is seeking an experienced Process Improvement expert to support one of its practice groups. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, high-calibre client base, and investment in operational excellence.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role at the heart of a high-performing team, working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy and drive performance.

Responsibilities

  • Operational and change management - Champion technology adoption, process improvement, and governance across departmental operations.
  • Financial performance oversight - Partner with finance stakeholders to monitor departmental profitability, billing performance, and budget planning.
  • People strategy leadership - Drive workforce planning, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives to ensure the department is well resourced and supported.
  • Lateral hiring and integration - Support senior recruitment processes and oversee the successful integration of new partner and director hires.
  • Business development support - Work alongside leadership to track client relationships, feedback programs, and departmental strategy execution.
