Legal Receptionist
Manchester City Centre
Up to £27,500 dependent on experience
9am - 5pm
Are you an enthusiastic and friendly individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client service? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to enhance their skills at a thriving law firm located in the heart of Manchester. This is a full-time, permanent position where you can make a meaningful impact while working alongside a dedicated team.
What You'll Do:
As a key member of our Reception team, you will play an integral role in providing a first-class experience for clients, partners, and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming Clients: Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter.
- Managing Calls: Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while taking clear, accurate messages.
- Meeting Rooms: Oversee meeting room bookings, ensuring all details are well-organised for seamless preparations.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office administration, including catering arrangements and maintaining tidy reception and meeting areas.
- Event Assistance: Support the planning and execution of marketing events held at the office when needed.

Your Skills and Experience:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Previous reception and administration experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
- A calm, polite, and professional demeanour with a positive, solution-focused outlook.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
