At Flint Bishop, we're committed to helping individuals regain control of their finances. As a Legal Recoveries Specialist in our debt recovery department, you'll play a vital role in our mission by providing compassionate and effective support to our customers.
Full time contracts are available at 36.25 hours
Hours of Work
Mon-Fri 09.00 – 17.15 (flexibility may be needed depending on client workloads)
What You'll Do:
Customer Interaction:
You'll communicate with customers over the phone, understanding their unique situations and offering tailored solutions.
Debt Resolution:
You'll work towards key performance indicators, setting up payment plans, and navigating litigation processes when necessary.

Empathy and Support:
You'll approach each interaction with empathy, providing guidance and support to customers, of which some may be vulnerable. We will work with you on developing your skills to handle all calls to achieve fair outcomes.

- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
